The Nigeria National Women U 20 team, the Falconets arrived the Nnamdi Azikiwe Internation al Airport on Tuesday morning. The all conquering team which fell to the lone goal of the German team at the final of by the final of the competition were received at the Airport by the Director General of the National Sports Commission, Gbenga Elegbeleye.
They were addressed at the Abuja National stadium by the minister of sports, Mr Tammy Danagog , who congratulated them for doing the country proud, despite not winning the tournament. He said they performed above expectations by getting to the finals.
