Former Minister of Transportation during the Shagari regime in Nigeria, Umaru Dikko is dead. The information was made known by his son, Bello Dikko. The late Umaru Dikko,  who was 78 years old was reported to have died in a London hosital after suffering stroke for a while. May his soul rest in peace.
